We are looking for mature Sales professionals (30+) who still have strong drive, enthusiasm for business development, and a clear intention to grow together with the company over the long run.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Sales Executive
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: R​​​​​​oom 101, Technology Center, Thang Long Industrial Park, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
    • Two Saturdays per quarter: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customers in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam, especially in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct proactive sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and customer visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and business challenges, then coordinate with Engineering/Sales teams to prepare suitable solution proposals and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up commercial negotiations, support commercial discussions, and assist in closing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, opportunity status, and maintain sales pipeline and activity reports and internal sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new target accounts and business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs including new customer acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue targets, and customer visit targets.
  • Continuously expand business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, seminars, partner events, and customer referrals.

Job Requirement (Desirable)

  • Experience working with manufacturing companies or industrial customers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales or solution selling.
  • Experience in software, IT, engineering, or technical products is an advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
  • Stable working attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with engineering, technical, or industrial-related educational backgrounds.
  • Candidates with overseas study or work experience are also preferred.

Job Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Age: around 24–32 is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic English communication for emails and meetings.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable with customer visits, business development activities, and relationship building.
  • Interest in software, technology, manufacturing, or industrial business is preferred.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong interest in new customer acquisition.

  • Salary range: 700 – 1,000 USD/month (gross) depending on experience and capability.
