To further strengthen our team, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join us as a core business member.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Business Development Executive
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: R​​​​​​oom 101, Technology Center, Thang Long Industrial Park, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
    • Two Saturdays per quarter: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • The Business Development position is part of the Marketing Department and reports directly to the Marketing Team Leader.
  • Develop new business by identifying and approaching potential customers in manufacturing, engineering, and education sectors
  • Introduce and promote Industrial Solutions (CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM Software) and System Integration Solutions to address customer needs
  • Generate and manage leads from events, workshops, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support account follow-up, quotation tracking, and customer satisfaction activities
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Technical team to support demos, proposals, and customer meetings
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, opportunities, and customer feedback

Job Requirement (Desirable)

  • Interest or basic knowledge in CAD / CAM / CAE / PLM or manufacturing industries
  • Experience working with foreign or Japanese companies is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with strong learning attitude
  • Good presentation and customer communication skills

Job Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant majors.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B customer-facing roles
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn industrial software and engineering solutions

Benefits & Other condition

  • Salary: USD 700 – 900 (Gross)/month (depending on career and capability).
  • Bonus: 13th month salary to 19th month salary
  • Allowances: Transportation support; mobile
  • Commuting related: There are 2 routes of comfortable bus from the city to the office
  • Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000-700,000 VND)
  • Review salary yearly
  • Labor contract, insurance and annual leave are based on Vietnamese law.
