Maintenance Service

Scope of Maintenance service:

  • Updating or reinstalling Operating System
  • Updating antivirus software
  • Troubleshooting & fixing problem
  • Maintaining the LAN & WAN network
  • Checking the data backup system

Service time:

  • Monday through Friday:  8:15 a.m – 12:00 p.m/13:00 p.m – 17:15 p.m
  • Saturday:  8:15 a.m – 12:00 p.m.

(Except on Sundays, Public holidays and NSV’s holidays)

Response time:

  • Get technical consultation via Hotline support.
  • Commit to send experienced engineers to support for any damage at the earliest time.
