To further strengthen our team, we are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer (CAD-CAM) to join us as a core business member.

Position Details

• Job Title: Application Engineer (CAD-CAM)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Work Location: Room 301, No. 18B Nam Quoc Cang Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
  • Two Saturdays per quarter: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consulting for CAD-CAM solutions (CATIA Machining V5/3DEXPERIENCE, CAM-TOOL, CADmeister, Mastercam, etc.).
• Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD-CAM applications.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD-CAM technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with sales and system engineering teams to develop solutions for customers.
• Participate in nationwide customer visits and propose new technologies and solutions.
• Assist the Assistant AE Manager in daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CAD-CAM engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• Proficiency in at least one Dassault Systèmes or related CAD-CAM applications (e.g., CAM-TOOL, Mastercam, CADmeister, CATIA Machining, SolidCAM, Cimarron).
• Strong knowledge in design, machining, and simulation domains.
• English proficiency: Ability to read technical documents, write reports, and communicate effectively with international partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in technical issue resolution for CAD-CAM applications.
• Leadership and management experience is a plus.
• Experience working for foreign companies is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 700 – 1,000 (Gross)/month (based on experience and capability).
• Probation period: 85% of basic salary for the first 2 months.
• Allowances: Phone, transportation, business trip, etc., as per company policy.
• Bonuses: Twice per year, based on company performance and individual contributions.
