Service time:

  • Monday through Friday:           8:15 a.m – 12:00 a.m/13:00 p.m - 17:15 p.m
  • Saturday:                                8:15 a.m – 12:00 a.m
  • (Except on Sundays, Public holidays and NSV holidays)

 

Response time:

  • Get technical consultation via Hotline support.
  • Commit to send experienced engineers to support for any damages at the earliest time.
